NEW SELF PORTRAIT IDEA

I realized, after hearing everyone else's idea, that I could take the concept of a self portrait a little deeper than I had initially planned. I wanted to make it a bit more personal and expose what I consider to be the weirdest thing about me, my dreamscape. I would like to incorporate a recurring dream I've been having for as long as I can remember. Two things are always the same in this dream. There's a Woman in a blazer and there is a transaction where that person is giving me a duffle bag. Every time I have had this dream, I write down what was in the bag and where the dream took place, and if I can remember, I write down what Blazer woman said to me. Blazer woman has had all kinds of things in the duffle bag over the years such as (reading directly from the list) a dead ninja that could talk, who claimed to be my girlfriend. Location: floating platform similar to a stage in Soul Caliber"; "a bunch of legos that had this almost liquid property to them, when touched they look like mercury, but colorful. looked like we were at the metro stop at Reagan." (airport in D.C.); "popcorn that kept pouring out infinitely into my mother's living room"; My all-time favorite: [My brother's ex-gf, who is basically a tasmanian devil] and I meet the Blazer woman in the living room (of the last place I lived in before I left CLT) in the duffle bag is a kit that can turn your windows into Xbox Kinect windows which allow you to wave at them and they will automatically open. We install the windows. Blazer woman is now out in the front yard waving the windows open. She has a bunch of realistic-looking Sandshrew that are curling up into balls and violently bouncing into the house and leaving craters in the floor." Some of these are much more meaningful to what was happening in my life at the time I had them and would make interesting and surreal vignettes. So I plan to take the ones that could be turned into vignettes and turn them into vignettes.
